1. About Us

IN TIME provides curated in-person social experiences designed to bring like-minded individuals together in premium environments.

We are not a matchmaking agency and do not guarantee romantic outcomes, compatibility or introductions.
 

2. Eligibility

To attend IN TIME events, guests must:

• be aged 18 or over

• meet any age criteria stated for specific events

• provide accurate information when applying

• be single and genuinely open to meeting others (where applicable)

We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

Submission of an application does not guarantee an invitation or attendance.
 

3. Guest Selection

IN TIME events are curated experiences.

Applications are reviewed to help create a balanced and enjoyable event experience.
 

We reserve the right to:

• accept or decline applications

• manage guest numbers

• close applications at any time

• refuse attendance where appropriate

Our decisions are final.
 

4. Payments

Selected guests will receive a private payment link.

Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your place may be released.

Prices are shown in GBP (£).
 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

• tickets are non-refundable

• places are non-transferable

• guest substitutions are not permitted without prior written agreement

If IN TIME cancels an event, guests will receive either:

• a full refund
  OR

• the option to transfer payment to a future event

IN TIME is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation or other related costs.
 

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to change:

• venue

• timings

• format

• catering

• event details

Where changes are necessary, reasonable notice will be given where possible.
 

7. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately, including but not limited to:

• harassment

• aggressive behaviour

• intoxication

• abusive conduct

• inappropriate advances

• discriminatory behaviour

No refund will be given in these circumstances.
 

8. Safety & Responsibility

Guests attend events at their own risk.

IN TIME accepts no liability for:

• personal injury (except where caused by negligence)

• loss or theft of belongings

• disputes between guests

• outcomes of introductions or interactions

Guests are responsible for making their own judgments regarding personal interactions.
 

9. Photography

Photography may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.

Where practical, guests will be informed.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify us in advance.
 

10. Data & Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos and materials remain the property of IN TIME unless otherwise stated.
 

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the website

• submit false information

• attempt unauthorised access

• interfere with website operation
   

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
